Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance operations and ensure high equipment reliability, plant availability, and safe manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance within a process manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and improve overall plant reliability.
- Manage shutdowns, overhauls, annual maintenance schedules, and maintenance planning.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and equipment performance.




- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical maintenance components.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a process manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, reliability improvement, and maintenance planning.
- Robust knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
