Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, effective manner.
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.).
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and seating areas.
- Handle customer complaints or questions professionally.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies (milk, coffee beans, cups, etc.).
- Process payments using a cash register or POS system.
- Support the team in opening and closing duties.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Key Skills & Qualities:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail (especially with drink preparation).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills (for handling cash and measurements).
- Time management and reliability.
