Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic State Manager to lead and expand our business operations across Odisha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch performance, leading sales and collection teams, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and achieve state-level sales and profitability targets.
- Manage and monitor branch operations across Odisha.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers and regional teams.
- Ensure healthy portfolio quality by monitoring collections and minimizing delinquency.
- Develop business strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor branch productivity, disbursement targets, collections, and recovery performance.
- Review MIS reports and analyze business performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across the state.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, HR,



and Accounts departments for smooth business functioning.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Vehicle Finance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as State Manager, Regional Manager, or Area Manager.
- Experience in three-wheeler finance will be highly preferred.

Required Skills

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sales, collections, and credit operations.
- Business planning and strategic decision-making ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and business analytics.
- Ability to travel extensively across the state.
