- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to potential customers
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM on a daily basis
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets
- Build positive customer relationships and maintain skilled communication
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead management
- Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
