Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash collections, and payment records.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations teams for billing and expense tracking.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.




- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can apply.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar is an advantage.
