Roles & Responsibilities-

- This role majorly focuses on PRIMARY RESEARCH
- Primarily will be involved in conducting research surveys over the phone with national and international respondents with C-Levels/VPs/Directors/Managers etc.
- Studying and analyzing the business needs of clients and prospects, conducting market research.
- Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.
- Performing web based as well as telephonic interviews in different geographies. (CATI & CAWI.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
- -Initiating In-depth Interview and probe for information resulting in valuable qualitative data.
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.
- Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination with the manager.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs will be provided from both side].

Working days: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Education : Graduate ( BA/ B.com/BBA)

Salary : 3 to 4 LPA

Competencies Required:





- Must have excellent oral communication skills.
- A positive and high patience level.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Must open for rotational shifts.
- Must have prior experience in outbound calling Process (200 to 300 Callings in a day)
