Job Summary:

Ambrosia – The Classic Bakehouse is hiring Billing & Sales Executive to manage billing operations, assist customers, process payments, and support daily outlet sales. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate billing records, promoting bakery products, and ensuring smooth front-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer bills accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payment transactions.
- Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Promote bakery products and encourage additional sales.
- Maintain accurate billing records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and well-stocked.
- Coordinate with the outlet team to maintain stock availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the billing counter and customer area.
- Follow company policies related to billing, cash handling, and food safety.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Diploma; graduates are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, cashiering, retail, supermarket, hypermarket, or bakery operations (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems.
- Good communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum: +2 / Diploma in Commerce, Business, or relevant field
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or experience in retail / bakery operations

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or sales (preferably in bakery, café, or retail outlet)

Work Schedule:

- Including weekends and holidays
