About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented CRM to manage B2C leads, engage with potential customers, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer interactions and sales status in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2C sales, Inside Sales, CRM, or Tele Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
