Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment is hiring an experienced Captain to oversee restaurant floor operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. We are looking for hospitality professionals who can manage service operations, coordinate with the kitchen team, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

Candidates with experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Fine Dining, Casual Dining, Cafés, QSR, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Gaming are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness,



and operational standards.
- Support inventory control and daily operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward.
- Experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Fine Dining, QSR, Cafés, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant floor operations and guest service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in Telugu is required. Knowledge of English and Hindi will be an advantage.
