Job objective The Reservation Associate is the first point of contact for guests, corporate bookers and
travel agents connecting with The Oberoi Group via web and chat, delivering
personalised and seamless reservation services with The Oberoi’s legendary
hospitality, concern, anticipation, attention to detail and excellence. The role ensures
every interaction reflects warmth, efficiency and the brand values of The Oberoi Group.
Annual CTC ₹3.50 lakhs per annum
- Upselling incentives are additional.
Eligibility :- 19 – 24 years.
- Applicants who will be completing or have completed their graduation from a
recognised University in any discipline.
- Final year students will need to provide their completed graduation certificate
within 6 months of joining.
- Applicants must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Applicants must be certified as medically fit by the Company doctor at the time of joining.
Language proficiency
- English proficiency at minimum CEFR B1 level.
- B2 proficiency preferred.

between 8 PM – 8 AM. Faridabad, Gurgaon and remote areas of Noida are excluded.
