- Assisting in preparation legal replies to GST Notices and other adjudication proceedings along with preparation of data for submission;
- Assisting in preparation of data for departmental audits along with visit to Client Offices;
- Assisting in preparation of appeals for Commissioner (Appeals) as well as Tribunal;
- Visit to Govt. Department for co-ordination and follow;
- Handling IDT Health-check / due diligence review assignments;
- Time-to-time GST advisory and consulting work for Clients
- Overview of day-to-day work i.e. GST Compliances / registrations, etc. undertaken by the team
- Undertaking team / client training and development initiatives Undertaking legal research including preparation of regular updates
