We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives/Managers with experience in the Electronic Security and Life Safety industry to drive channel sales, develop recent business, and strengthen our partner network across the assigned territory.

5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the Electronic Security, ELV, Fire & Safety, or related industry

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage channel partners, system integrators, and dealers for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Electronic Security, and BMS solutions.
- Drive business growth by generating new opportunities through consultants, contractors, end users, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while managing existing customer relationships.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, project support, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales forecasts, revenue planning,



and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, OEMs, and key stakeholders across the assigned territory.

Required Skills

- Experience in channel sales/business development within the Electronic Security or ELV industry.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Entrance Control, and BMS solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English and the local regional language.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
