Job Description – Physical Education Director (Women)

Job Summary

The Physical Education Director (Women) is responsible for promoting physical fitness, sports, and overall health among women students. She plans and conducts physical education activities, organizes sports events, and encourages students to participate in games and fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physical education and fitness activities for women students.
- Organize sports events, tournaments, and annual sports meets.
- Train and guide students for inter-college and university competitions.
- Encourage students to participate in sports and physical activities.
- Maintain sports equipment and playgrounds.
- Ensure the safety and discipline of students during sports activities.
- Keep records of sports events,



student participation, and achievements.
- Assist the Principal in planning sports and wellness programs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Principal or Management.

Qualification

- Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) from a recognized university.
- Relevant teaching or coaching experience is preferred.

Skills

- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate students.
- Knowledge of sports, fitness, and health.
- Valuable organizational and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
