Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Couple Coordinator to manage and support couples throughout their journey with our services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and a positive experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage interactions with couples from onboarding to service completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned couples
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client details and communications
- Address client queries and provide timely updates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery




- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Any degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an added advantage
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle situations with patience and empathy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
