Salary Structure

 Salary Up to (Ad hoc): ₹48,000 per month

Essential Eligibility

 Post Graduate in in Subject Specific
 B.Ed with minimum 65% marks
 Fluency in English
 Throughout First Class (65%+) academic record till graduation
 Minimum 75% in English and 75% in core subject
 CTET Paper II qualified (minimum 65%)
 Minimum 7 years of PGT teaching experience
 Preferred: Age 30+ | Married

Selection & Assessments

 Mandatory CENTA Walk-in Assessment

 Post-joining qualification of:

o CENTA Teaching Quotient (TQ)
(Online orientation provided; exam fee payable by candidate)

o CENTA Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)

o TWGS-TET (Internal Eligibility Test where the teacher has to go through the school
website and answer the questions)

 Classroom demonstration evaluated by CENTA, TWGS (CCE Pattern) & Academic
Panel

Salary growth is strictly merit-based, performance-linked, and non-negotiable.

The interview panel will conduct the interview round in the month of July. As part of the
selection process, one external subject expert will be invited for subject-wise interaction
with the candidates. Based on the panel’s evaluation, the final appointment will be made
accordingly.
