We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our wholesale business by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing retailers.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for visiting textile retail shops daily, generating new business, collecting purchase orders, following up with existing customers, coordinating deliveries, supporting payment collections, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires extensive field travel and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Business Development

· Visit textile retail shops daily within the assigned territory.

· Identify and appoint new dealers and retail customers.

· Promote brands including Poomex, Jockey, 999 Lungi, and other assigned products.

· Conduct product presentations and explain product features, pricing, and promotional schemes.

· Expand market reach by developing new business opportunities.

· Sales & Order Collection

· Meet daily customer visit targets.

· Collect purchase orders from retailers.

· Increase sales through cross-selling and upselling.

· Ensure timely submission of customer orders.

· Achieve monthly sales and volume targets.

· Existing Customer Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

· Follow up regularly for repeat orders.

· Introduce new products and promotional offers.

· Resolve customer issues promptly through coordination with internal teams.

· Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

· Delivery Coordination

· Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.





· Track delivery status and keep customers informed.

· Follow up until orders are delivered successfully.

· Resolve delivery-related issues quickly.

· Payment & Collection Follow-up

· Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

· Coordinate with the Accounts team to maintain healthy receivables.

· Ensure timely collection as per company credit policies.

· Maintain accurate collection records.

· Market Intelligence

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers, and product launches.

· Gather customer feedback and market insights.

· Identify current opportunities to grow sales within the assigned territory.

Share market information with management.

Daily Reporting

Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR).

Update order status, collection status, and customer visit reports.

Maintain customer database and visit history.

Report daily achievements and challenges to the Reporting Manager.
