Job description:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities of interior design and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise, monitor, and manage all site activities related to interior works.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless site execution.
- Conduct daily inspection to check material usage, workmanship, and progress of work.
- Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical problems promptly.
- Ensure all interior works are completed in line with design intent and client requirements.
- Support in cost control by minimizing wastage of materials and optimizing manpower.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress

Qualification :





- Minimum 0 to 1 years proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior projects, construction projects or related field
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction techniques.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with quality-focused execution.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
