- Order Processing: Verify order readiness, check stock levels, and prepare dispatch papers like delivery challans, invoices, or E-way bills.
- Logistics Coordination: Book transport vehicles, schedule carriers, and sync with warehouse, production, and sales teams.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor daily dispatch statuses, trace pending shipments, and resolve transport delays or discrepancies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing materials using inventory software or Excel spreadsheets.
