Key Responsibility.

- Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities.
- Ensure products are packed according to company specifications and customer requirements.
- Monitor packing line performance and achieve daily production targets.
- Allocate work and manage packing staff schedules.
- Train, guide, and evaluate packing personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the packing area.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), where applicable.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve packing issues.
- Minimize product damage, waste, and material loss.
- Maintain accurate production, packing, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor the availability of packing materials and report shortages promptly.
- Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and report maintenance requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
