Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and onboarding.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.




- Knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using recruitment tools and job portals.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment and achieve hiring targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
