Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our

team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign management, audience research, and performance analysis on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, learn industry best practices, and get the chance to contribute to campaigns for leading brands. High performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta

Ads.

● Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine

campaign strategies.

● Track and analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL; prepare

reports and insights.

● Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad copies and visuals that

resonate with audiences.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to improve campaign

outcomes.





● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

● Support multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality

benchmarks are met.

Qualifications

● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, B.Tech,

or a related field. B.Tech students are especially encouraged to apply.

● Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

● Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, including functions, data analysis, and reporting.

● Good communication and organizational skills.

● Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

● A passion for working with numbers, insights, and optimization strategies.

● Immediate availability to join and work from our Kirti Nagar office for a duration of 6

months.
