Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Karnataka (Sagara, Shikaripur, Chikkamagaluru, Tumakur, Udupi, Kumta)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month (₹3.00 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA)

Education: Graduation / MBA

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive channel sales, strengthen distributor relationships, and expand market presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, Edible Oil, or Staples categories and be comfortable with extensive market travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase market coverage by identifying and onboarding new dealers and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits (5–6 days per week) to ensure business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and payment coordination.




- Use mobile sales applications (Bizom preferred) for reporting and order management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management on business performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation or MBA in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Channel Sales or General Trade.
- Experience in FMCG, Edible Oil, Staples, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in using mobile sales applications (Bizom preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
