Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and secure the office premises.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Verify visitor details and maintain visitor records.
- Conduct regular patrolling of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises.
- Handle emergency situations and inform the concerned authorities.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Ensure company security policies are followed.
- Assist in maintaining discipline and safety within the premises.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard (Corporate Office preferred).
- Physically fit and alert.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi and basic English will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
