Job Description:
1. Answering phones & explaining the treatment and services offered by the clinic
2. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
3. Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications and requirement.
4. Doing follow-up calls and booking appointments in skilled manner.
5. Maintaining the database of the customers in CRM on a regular basis.
6. Daily update of calls done, WhatsApp marketing.
7. Appropriately do WhatsApp marketing to all the customers.
No Field Work, No Part Time, No work from home.
