About the Role
We are an early-stage venture capital fund investing in IT & AI . We're looking for our first Investment Analyst to help build our deal pipeline, support due diligence, and work directly with the founding partners on every stage of the investment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen investment opportunities through market mapping, founder outreach, accelerator/incubator networks, and inbound deal flow
- Build financial models, cap table analyses, and market-sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) frameworks for target companies
- Conduct due diligence — competitive landscape research, reference calls, background checks on founders
- Draft investment memos and present findings to the investment committee
- Track and monitor portfolio company performance (KPIs, monthly MIS, board deck reviews)
- Maintain and organize the firm's CRM/deal pipeline tracker
- Support fundraising materials (LP decks, quarterly reports) as needed
- Represent the fund at startup events,

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a high-growth startup (founder's office, strategy, or BD roles also considered)
- Solid financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written communication — able to synthesize complex information into clear memos
- Genuine curiosity about startups and technology trends in [your sector focus]
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity — this is a small team with no rigid structure yet
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus but not required
