Key Responsibilities

- Auditor Support & Query Resolution
- Respond to auditor queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, or portal
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding audit processes and guidelines
- Resolve issues faced by auditors during assignments
- Application Review & Recruitment
- Review incoming shopper applications on the audit portal
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on project requirements
- Recruit and onboard new suitable mystery shoppers from the portal
- Inbound & Outbound Communication
- Handle incoming calls from interested shoppers and auditors
- Explain audit processes, expectations, and guidelines clearly
- Conduct follow-ups with applicants and auditors when required
- Onboarding & Registration Support
- Assist new shoppers with portal registration
- Guide them step-by-step through profile creation and documentation
- Resolve registration issues such as login errors, incomplete profiles, etc.
- Portal Management




- Maintain accurate records of shopper data and application status
- Ensure all auditor profiles are complete and updated
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth audit execution

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Preferred Qualities

- Prior experience in customer support, operations, or recruitment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Patience and empathy while dealing with auditors

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
