- Act as a thought leader for the purpose of delivering a consistent, world class Learning Product experience globally at scale.
- Responsible for managing/overseeing creation of digital content aligned to standards of instruction.
- Experience with content creation through instructional design, blended learning, and instructor led facilitation.
- Design content for different modalities – Video, Simulations, Games, Courses and Others.
