You will support business customers and internal partners across regions, helping a long-established company run smoothly from India. Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will own a portfolio of accounts and queries, resolve issues with care, and become the dependable point of contact customers come back to.
Key Responsibilities
Account Support
- Resolve product, order, and account queries across email and chat
- Own a set of accounts and build trusted, ongoing relationships
- Document interactions and keep account records accurate
Coordination & Quality
- Work with sales, operations,
and technical teams on resolutions
- Maintain service standards and contribute to support documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years in customer support, account support, or a service role
- Clear written and spoken English and a methodical approach
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, or shared-services setting
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools
- Comfort with a partial European time-zone overlap
