Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Inspect construction quality and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Measure work completed and verify contractor bills.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and site resources.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.




- Ability to read civil drawings and BOQs.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of site execution experience are preferred.
