Designation: Product Manager – Arthroplasty

Location: Remote working

Reports to: Director – Sales

Role Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager – Arthroplasty to lead the product portfolio for Shoulder, Elbow, Radial Head and Knee Replacement solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for developing product strategies, driving market penetration, supporting sales teams, engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), planning product launches, and executing marketing initiatives to achieve business growth.

NOTE:- Experience in Arthroplasty Product Managment is Must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product launches and portfolio optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, sales trends, and profitability.
- Plan and execute current product launches with cross-functional teams.
- Train and support the sales team through product training, presentations, and key customer interactions.
- Develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns,



and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (Orthopaedic Surgeons) and gather clinical feedback.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Arthroplasty segment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical Education, and Operations for successful product management.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and business development initiatives.
- Evaluate new products and contribute to long-term portfolio growth strategies.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Sales & Marketing within the orthopedic/medical device industry.
- Hands-on experience with Arthroplasty products (Hip, Knee, Shoulder Replacement Implants).
- Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy, joint replacement procedures, and implant technologies.
