We're looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer who combines robust product design fundamentals with an AI-first mindset. If you've designed impactful digital products, influenced business outcomes, and enjoy using AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows, we'd love to hear from you.

Note: The first discussion will focus on a product or experience you have personally designed and built.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to high-fidelity execution.
- Design AI-powered learning experiences and conversational interfaces.
- Build interactive prototypes using AI tools.
- Improve engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.




- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Business teams.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design excellence.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
- Experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, or consumer technology companies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Framer, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and product experimentation.
