- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to best practices.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with HR teams across the Adani Group to ensure consistency in talent acquisition practices and alignment with group-wide objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends,

- Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience of 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive hiring and strategic recruitment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives within a corporate or conglomerate environment.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, executive search methodologies, and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with the operational context of centralized corporate services, including HR, finance, IT, and legal functions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, market trends, and cutting-edge recruitment strategies.
