- Contact potential or existing customers using leads provided by the company
- Explain and sell DocOnline’s yearly healthcare packages
- Ensure high conversion rates from leads to closures
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information using CRM tools
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer experience and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
- Minimum 06 Months of sales experience in insurance sector/Loan/Credit Card sales
