Looking for a seasoned SAP CO Consultant with 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO transformation initiatives, capable of driving the design, implementation, and optimization of controlling processes. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration expertise across complex landscapes.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP CO workstream in large-scale FICO transformation programs (S/4HANA preferred).
- Drive fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and solution design aligned to business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and support.
- Deep understanding of costing methods, allocations,



and financial planning.
- Expertise in COPA (both costing-based and account-based).
- Experience in parallel ledgers, transfer pricing, and intercompany scenarios.
- Robust knowledge of financial closing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
