What You'll Do

Design

- Design social media creatives — carousels, static posts, Stories, ad banners, and campaign visuals
- Develop brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines for new and existing clients
- Create marketing collaterals — presentations, proposals, event materials, and print assets
- Adapt and maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts simultaneously

Video

- Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad films, UGC content, and brand videos end-to-end
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, colour grading, and sound design
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form cuts optimised for each platform
- Execute video briefs based on scripts and storyboards from the creative team

General

- Manage multiple deliverables daily across different brand voices and categories
- Stay current with visual trends across social media, design, and video formats
- Collaborate closely with the social media and strategy team for cohesive output

What We're Looking For

Experience

- 1–3 years of combined design and video editing experience
- Agency or content studio background preferred




- Portfolio showing both social creatives/branding work and video/reel edits

Skills

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator — proficient
- Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro — proficient
- After Effects — working knowledge (motion graphics, animated titles)
- Canva — comfortable and quick
- CapCut — for quick social-first edits
- Strong fundamentals: typography, colour theory, pacing, visual storytelling
- Able to deliver both print-ready (CMYK/300 DPI) and digital-optimised files

Mindset

- Fast without being sloppy — volume and quality both matter here
- Takes ownership of output across design and video, not just one or the other
- Open to feedback, iterates quickly, and doesn't treat revisions as personal
- Trend-aware — notices what's working on Instagram and acts on it

Nice to Have

- Exposure to AI creative tools (Runway, google veo, seedance, kling, CapCut AI, Midjourney)
- Basic 3D or CGI workflow familiarity
- Prior work in categories like real estate, F&B;, lifestyle, retail, or auto
