Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Test Preparation Faculty to train and mentor students preparing for international entrance exams such as English and Mathematics along with GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL, subjects. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and online sessions while helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for English, and Mathematics, GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL.
- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions using effective teaching methodologies.
- Resolve student queries and provide academic guidance to improve performance.
- Prepare, review, and update study materials, practice exercises, and test content.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching techniques.
- Assess student performance through tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide individual attention and mentoring to students as required.




- Counsel walk-in students regarding test preparation courses and guide them on suitable programs.

Skills Required

- Robust subject knowledge in English and Mathematics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Strong classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of international exam patterns and preparation strategies.
- Ability to create quality learning materials and assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior teaching experience for English, or Mathematics would be an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Confident, approachable, and student-focused personality.
- Ability to conduct both classroom and online training sessions.
