Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining project details, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
⦁ Explain real estate projects, and features in a clear and professional manner
⦁ Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
⦁ Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers
⦁ Maintain and update call records in CRM/software
⦁ Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
⦁ Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets
⦁ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
⦁ Ensure timely follow-ups for maximum conversion
Required Qualifications
⦁ Graduate candidates will be preferred
⦁ 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
