Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Hosiery Industry

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Officer with a background in hosiery or garment field sales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel (100%) across assigned territories. The role requires regular market visits, retailer engagement, and field execution — carrying a trolley bag with hosiery samples for demonstrations and order taking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively visit hosiery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers as per route plan
- Demonstrate product samples (using company-provided trolley bag) and collect orders
- Develop solid relationships with existing and potential customers
- Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Submit travel reports and customer feedback regularly





Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in hosiery/garment industry
- Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
- Physically fit and comfortable with daily field work and carrying trolley bag
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for reporting

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) + Travel Allowances + Incentives
