Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate new and existing clients' financial health to approve credit lines and establish appropriate payment terms.
- Debt Collection: Proactively chase overdue invoices via calls, emails, and notices while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Ledger Maintenance: Reconcile complex accounts, allocate incoming payments (checks, wire transfers, cards), and resolve billing disputes in coordination with the billing and sales teams.
- Reporting: Generate regular aging reports to analyze DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and report financial forecasts and cash flow risks to senior management.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure debt collection activities follow regulatory guidelines and escalate unrecoverable accounts to management or legal/collections agencies. +91-XXXXXXXXXX
