Banking Operations Executive – Fresher (Bangalore)

Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹13,000 In-hand / ₹17,000 CTC per month
Experience: Freshers can apply
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day banking operations and back-office activities.
- Process customer and transaction-related documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
- Verify and update customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational support.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational reports as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn banking processes and operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
