Position : Asst. General Manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Pinnacle Financials Limited- UK, a prestigious UK Financial Services( Division of Ross & Mount) , is expanding its India operations and invites applications from dynamic, articulate and customer-focused professionals for the position of Asst. General Manager

We are looking for a highly presentable and confident candidate, preferably a lady professional, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with UK-based customers in a refined British English communication style.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling and nurturing customer relationships across the UK in the domains of:

- Mortgages
- Insurance Services
- Wills & Estate Planning
- Financial Customer Support & Lead Conversion

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with UK clientele and senior professionals
- Strong flair for sales, customer engagement and relationship management
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette and telephone manners
- Good listening, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM handling and digital communication tools




- Ability to work in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical and customer servicing mindset

Preferred Candidates:

- Candidates who have studied or worked in the UK and returned to India
- Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Mortgage Processing or Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in international voice process / UK process will be an added advantage
- Candidates with exposure to UK culture and communication standards
