Key Responsibilities

Material Receipt & Inspection

- Receive materials from suppliers as per Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan (DC).
- Verify the quantity, specifications, and physical condition of incoming materials.
- Coordinate with the Quality department for incoming material inspection and acceptance.
- Segregate accepted, rejected, and hold materials as per inspection status.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update the ERP/system after inspection clearance.

Material Storage

- Store materials in designated locations with proper identification and labeling.




- Ensure protected storage and preservation of raw materials, consumables, tools, and spare parts.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the stores.

Material Issue

- Issue materials to production against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS) or system requests.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Record all material issues accurately in the ERP/system.
- Monitor material consumption and report abnormal usage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
