- Pick up and drop hotel guests from airports, stations, and other locations
- Drive guests safely and courteously
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Follow traffic rules and hotel schedules
- Assist guests with luggage if needed
- Report any vehicle issues to management
