- Supervise daily restaurant/bar operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and schedule F&B; team members
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and brand standards
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely service
- Assist in billing, cash handling, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
