Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales & CRM Executive to manage inbound leads, drive in-house sales, and maintain a structured customer follow-up process. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT hardware sales, strong communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of CRM systems. This role involves handling both B2B and B2C customers while ensuring an excellent customer experience from inquiry to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Customer Conversion

- Handle inbound leads from digital platforms such as IndiaMART, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp Business.
- Manage customer interactions and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Maintain lead records in Zoho CRM by categorizing opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations based on their requirements.

Customer Requirement Analysis

- Understand customer requirements and identify whether they are B2B (Corporate) or B2C (Individual) customers.
- Coordinate with inventory to verify product availability.
- Share accurate quotations, pricing, and product specifications promptly.

Sales Operations





- Develop strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, and related IT hardware products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products are prepared, packed, and delivered professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in IT Hardware or Laptop Sales.
- Experience using Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Ability to handle both corporate and retail customer inquiries.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work from Kovilambakkam, Chennai.
