About the role: We are looking for an Aptitude Skills Trainer who can prepare students to confidently crackaptitude assessments conducted by companies during campus placements. The role focuses on building conceptual clarity, speed, accuracy, and problem-solving strategies across Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Reasoning, and Logical Reasoning. This is not just about shortcuts, it’s about helping students think better, solve smarter, and perform under time pressure.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree: Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields 2–6 years of experience in: Colleges, coaching institutes, EdTech platforms,



or corporate L&D; Prior experience in Exam Prep as Aptitude trainer would be an added bonus. Any relevant aptitude training certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.

Desired Skills & Competencies Solid command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Reasoning. Ability to explain complex problems in a simple, relatable manner. High classroom energy and strong problem-solving mindset. Comfort with digital tools, online testing platforms, and Excel-based analysis. Student-centric, patient, and results-driven approach.
