Job Summary

To provide professional customer assistance through Voice, Chat, Email, or a blended support process. The role involves resolving customer queries, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through Voice, Chat, Email, or blended support channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately and within defined service timelines.
- Maintain professional communication while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Record customer interactions and update internal systems accurately.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and company policies.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.




- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with multiple applications.
- Preferred typing speed:
- Chat/Email Support: 35 WPM or above
- Voice Support: 25 WPM or above
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
- Solid problem-solving ability, customer-focused mindset, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
