About the Role

Duropack Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal audit support. Candidates with auditing capability and experience in a manufacturing workplace will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
- Handle GST accounting, reconciliation, and return preparation.
- Manage TDS accounting and statutory compliance.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Process payroll accounting and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
- Verify vendor invoices and maintain ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Review accounting records, identify discrepancies, and strengthen internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.

Eligibility

- Qualification:



M.Com / CMA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in Internal Audit or Audit Firm is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI.
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime / SAP
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
