- Counsel clients on visa options, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Explain visa requirements for different countries.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application forms and supporting documents.
- Verify documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities when required.
- Track visa application status and keep clients updated.
- Maintain accurate client records and confidential documentation.
- Advise clients on interview preparation and travel requirements.
- Ensure compliance with current immigration and visa regulations.
- Achieve counseling and application processing targets while providing excellent customer service.
