Evergreen Motors is looking for an experienced Insurance Manager (Service) to manage motor insurance claim operations and ensure a seamless claim settlement process. The ideal candidate should have solid coordination skills, knowledge of motor insurance procedures, and the ability to provide excellent customer support throughout the claim journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end motor insurance claim processes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and workshop teams for timely claim approvals.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claim documents.
- Verify policy coverage, claim eligibility, and required documentation.
- Track claim status and follow up for quick settlement.
- Guide customers through insurance claim procedures and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Body Shop, Parts, and Workshop departments.
- Maintain claim records, MIS reports, and insurance documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and insurance-related concerns professionally.
- Achieve claim processing and settlement targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline .
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor Insurance Claims or Insurance Operations in an automobile dealership.
- Good knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines.
